Working Together For a Better Medical Education
As Europe’s first digital Institution of Higher Education, we are proud to launch our innovative Bachelor of Medicine Programme in Germany, in partnership with Marienhaus-Gruppe and Helios Kliniken. This partnership delivers on EDU’s core commitment to partnering with teaching hospitals worldwide, which fulfil high standards of quality and provide expert teaching staff for practical training during clinical rotations. MARIENHAUS-GRUPPE
The Marienhaus-Gruppe is one of the largest Christian providers of social services in Germany. Around 13,000 employees in North Rhine-Westphalia, Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland take care of people’s well-being every day. The group includes 11 hospitals at 16 locations, 20 facilities for people in old age, 3 child and youth welfare facilities, 3 inpatient and 10 outpatient hospices, 8 educational institutions and a further 9 facilities.
HELIOS KLINIKEN GMBH
Our partner operates in Germany 86 acute care hospitals, among which seven maximum care hospitals and 89 outpatient clinics. This partnership delivers on EDU’s core commitment to partnering with teaching hospitals around the world, which fulfil high standards of quality, and which provide expert teaching staff for practical training during clinical rotations. Helios is one of the most extensive inpatient and outpatient care providers in Europe, offering high-quality medicine across all areas.
THE KARLSRUHE INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY
We are thrilled to have as a partner one of the German Universities of excellence. KIT brings a contribution to society and the environment by creating and imparting knowledge. With over 9000 employees specialised in natural sciences, engineering, economics, humanities, and social sciences, this partner is teaching over 20,000 students in their research-based study programs.
GRADEMAKER
Proudly offering the foundation of EDU’s innovative and streamlined assessment processes: GradeMaker is well known for being one of the best in authoring software, for both online and paper exams, and including exam boards (most notable being the AQA – largest exam board in the UK). Thanks to this partnership, we can ensure a user-friendly, efficient, and secure environment during our online tests and exams.
MAASTRICHT UNIVERSITY
The Public University from Maastricht is located in the Netherlands. Founded over 40 years ago, it is the second youngest of the thirteen Dutch universities. With thousands of employees, up to 20,000 students are trained here, a significant part of them being foreigners.
EDU is honored to be under the direct supervision of the Maastricht University and receive annual inspections and reports in all areas, as well as standard preparation courses.

This innovative learning tool stimulates memory consolidation, helping EDU students learn. Present on the market for more than a decade, Draw it to Know it is a reliable partner for hundreds of institutions and more than 50,000 students. It easily makes the understanding process more comfortable and more effective by allowing users to draw formations, pathways, and methods.
EDCTP
European & Developing Countries Clinical Trials Partnership is valuable for EDU as we share the same vision and goals. By providing funding for clinical research invested in medical tools to detect, treat, and prevent poverty-related infectious diseases in sub-Saharan Africa, this organisation supports the process of making the world a better place.
G20 HEALTH & DEVELOPMENT PARTNERSHIP
In our attempt to encourage the development process, we have also become part of this group that shares the same goals and aspirations centered on furthering the global health agenda. The G20 Health and Development Partnership appeared after several encounters and policy discussions that included a lynchpin “G20 Global Health Innovation” roundtable in Berlin on April 28th, 2017.
AMBOSS
AMBOSS was founded by medical experts in 2012 for all professionals active in the field, to overcome weaknesses encountered in the medical education system by a clever digital learning tool. EDU is joining forces in supporting their mission of empowering all doctors to provide care at the highest standards.
